Tyler Stegmann 

Tyler has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Mercy College and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. 

His focus is based around exercise being an upcoming medicine to naturally stimulate the body’s healing process. Future plans are leading Tyler to pursue Physical Therapy School during the year of 2019.
