Do you accept insurance?

What should I bring to my first visit?

Just bring yourself and any relevant medical records or imaging if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and we'll take care of the rest.

Physical therapy sessions are typically one-on-one and last around 45-60 minutes. Small-group training sessions vary based on the program but are usually 60 minutes.
