As a former competitive athlete and weightlifter, Joseph understands the specific needs and demands of the human body. Joseph's goal is to maintain an active approach to rehab while facilitating recovery.

Nicole received both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from Northeastern University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She has a special interest in working with youth and teenage athletes, with extensive experience guiding elite squash players through rehabilitation and optimizing their performance. In addition to working with racket sport athletes, Nicole treats individuals across the lifespan and is passionate about helping older adults stay active, maintain independence, and continue doing what they love as they age. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing squash, working out, and hiking with her dog.

As a Child Psychology and Criminal Justice major, he is especially interested in understanding behavior and supporting positive development in others. You can book online through our scheduling link, call us at (914) 488-5763, or send us an email. We'll follow up quickly to confirm your appointment and answer any questions.

Do you accept insurance plans?

We work with most insurance carriers on an out of network basis. For other insurance plans, we're out-of-network but can provide superbills for reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself and any relevant medical records or imaging if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and we'll take care of the rest.

What's the length of each session?

Physical therapy sessions are typically one-on-one and last around 45-60 minutes. Small-group training sessions vary based on the program but are usually 60 minutes.

Can I skip PT and just do training?

Absolutely. If you're not recovering from an injury and just want structured coaching, our training programs are a great fit. We'll assess your movement and build a plan that works for you.
