Driven by a genuine passion for human movement and long-term health, Chris prioritizes individualized care plans that build strength, restore mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Whether working with athletes, weekend warriors, or those simply striving to feel better day-to-day, he believes in celebrating every win — from subtle improvements to major breakthroughs.
